Q + A

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:30, to secure a seat and parking, we suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior, but no earlier than 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

We love kids, however this will be an adults only celebration due to our budget. Thanks for understanding.

What is the dress-code?

Our venue is Spruce Mountain Events. Based on this, we request you dress semi-formally. The ceremony will be held outside (weather dependent) in the late summer. We suggest bringing sunscreen, and umbrella, and/or a light jacket for when the sun sets. Please no jeans, T-shirts, or shorts.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we can only accommodate plus ones for guests listed on their invitation. Thanks for understanding.

Is there an open bar?

There will be an open bar. We will be at 7300 feet above sea-level. We suggest guests visiting from lower altitudes drink a lot of water and eat iron-rich foods prior to (and throughout) the event. Be aware that alcohol consumption can also affect you differently at higher altitudes. Our bartenders will cut you off if acting inappropriately.

Can I pet the cows?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot allow anyone access to the pastures. The mama cows are very protective of their young, and by nature, will charge if they feel threatened. Startling the cattle can cause them injury. More importantly, we do not want any of our guests to be put at risk.
